Customer Case

Stainless Steel Square Tubes Exported to Russia for Long-Term Supply Cooperation

 March 2026

In March 2026, a Russian customer contacted us about purchasing stainless steel square tubes. Before placing the first order, the customer asked about material samples, a possible company visit and an EXW quotation to check the material and understand how we handled the order before moving forward.

As communication continued, the inquiry gradually turned into an actual purchase. The customer first sent us ORDER TX1101, and after that order moved forward, another purchase order, TX1205, followed.

The cooperation developed step by step, from sample and quotation discussions to order confirmation and shipment.

From Order Confirmation to Repeat Purchasing

For each order, we checked the latest square tube specifications, quantity, packing requirements and trade termsbefore arranging the material.

At one stage, the customer asked us to revise the PI to include CIF FIO terms. After the details were confirmed, the signed PI and related payment documents were returned, and the order moved into the next stage.

Although we had already worked together before, each new purchase was still confirmed separately. Previous orders could be used as a reference, but the current specifications and shipping requirements still needed to match the latest purchase request.

As more orders followed, communication became easier. The customer already knew what information we needed, while we became more familiar with their purchasing and document requirements.

Packing and Container Loading

After the stainless steel square tubes were ready, the material was bundled, identified and prepared for container shipment.

For orders involving several bundles or specifications, clear labels are important during both loading and receiving. Each package was prepared according to the shipment requirements so the customer could check the goods against the current order after arrival.

The loading arrangement was also made according to the actual bundle size and packing condition, with attention given to keeping the goods stable during transport and making unloading easier at destination.

What stands out about this cooperation is not one individual order, but the way it continued to develop. The customer moved from an initial inquiry to the first purchase, and then came back with further orders.

For us, that is what long-term supply cooperation usually looks like in practice: complete one order properly, keep the communication clear, and be ready when the customer has the next requirement.
