Production Equipment Overview
Slitting Machine
The slitting machine longitudinally slits strips into required widths. Its stress‑relieved welded‑steel base enables automatic feeding for stainless steel coil slitting to produce narrow coils. Equipped with paper interleaving & film lamination, it delivers high‑precision processing with scratch‑free surfaces and improved material utilization.
Laser Cutting Machine
A laser cutting machine is used for stainless steel sheet processing. During cutting, a focused high-energy laser beam melts the material in the cutting area. High-speed assist gas removes the molten metal, allowing the sheet to be cut along a programmed path. Compared with mechanical cutting, laser cutting is suited to straight lines, curves, holes and complex shapes, and is widely used for stainless steel sheet blanking, flanges, structural components and custom-cut parts.
Cut-to-Length Machine
A stainless steel cut-to-length machine is used to uncoil, level and cut coils into flat sheets of required length. Multiple leveling rollers correct coil curvature, improving sheet flatness before cutting, bending or fabrication. As leveling quality affects downstream processing, the machine plays an important role in stainless steel coil processing. It can handle coil specifications and convert coils into flat sheets ready for subsequent production and handling operations.
Stainless Steel Embossing Machine
A stainless steel embossing machine is used to press regular raised and recessed patterns onto stainless steel surfaces. Through controlled roller pressure, it creates continuous and uniform textures with a three-dimensional appearance. The finished sheets offer improved decorative appeal and surface definition, making them suitable for decorative panels, equipment covers, elevator interiors and other applications where surface appearance and visual texture are important.
Hairline Grinding Machine
A hairline grinding machine is used for continuous coil surface grinding, producing finishes such as No.3, No.4 and HL. Grain pattern, texture and surface effect can be adjusted as required. Continuous coil processing helps maintain a uniform grinding pattern and reduce color variation. Compared with sheet-by-sheet grinding, it improves continuity and reduces abrasive-belt damage caused by sheet edges.
Press Brake
A press brake is used to bend and form stainless steel sheets by applying pressure through upper and lower dies. It can produce right-angle bends, multi-step bends and various formed components for cabinets, equipment covers, decorative panels and custom sheet-metal parts. Because bending accuracy affects later assembly, suitable tooling and processing parameters should be selected according to sheet thickness, material grade and required finished dimensions.
