Wuxi Xuanyi Stainless Steel produces hot-rolled embossed stainless steel plates with regular raised patterns formed through a rolling process. These plates are mainly used for industrial walkways, stair treads, vehicle flooring, equipment platforms and other applications requiring slip-resistant surfaces. Available Patterns
Choose the Right Embossing Process
The same floral pattern can be produced via different forming methods. Selection shall comprehensively take sheet thickness, backside condition, flatness requirements and project budget into consideration.
Roll Embossing
Typically applicable to sheets with a thickness of up to 6.0 mm. Continuous roll embossing delivers high processing efficiency and cost advantages. However, it creates raised contours on the backside corresponding to the front pattern. It is ideal for projects prioritizing anti-slip performance and cost-effectiveness.
Press-Formed Embossing
Suitable for sheets of all thicknesses. This process is commonly adopted for post-processing sheets thicker than 6.0 mm. It can also be used for sheets ≤6.0 mm, yet at noticeably higher processing costs and lower overall cost performance. For projects with strict requirements on backside condition, sheet flatness and installation tolerance matching, press-formed embossing remains the preferred option.
Mill-Patterned Coil
Patterns are formed directly during steel mill production. The front surface features regular embossments while the backside remains relatively flat. It offers superior pattern consistency and finished appearance, suited for projects with high standards for aesthetics, backside condition and finished product quality.
